About the service

JeevanSetu provides a way to request a free initial conversation about life or health insurance. Booking a consultation does not purchase, activate, or guarantee insurance, and does not oblige you to buy a policy.

Booking accurately

Use your own mobile number and accurate contact details. All appointment times are in Asia/Kolkata (IST). Availability is checked by the server when you confirm; selecting a time alone does not reserve it. The five-day booking window includes today.

Confirmation and changes

A booking is confirmed only when a unique reference and appointment details are returned by the server. Save your reference. If you need to change or cancel, contact your advisor. Automated email, WhatsApp messages, and meeting links are not currently part of the service.

Responsible use

Do not submit another person’s details without permission, interfere with the service, or send sensitive documents through the booking form. Booking and sign-in attempts are rate-limited. Contact details are not OTP-verified.

Insurance decisions

Review the insurer’s official policy wording, eligibility requirements, premium, benefits, limitations, and exclusions before making a decision. The insurer’s contract, not this website, governs any policy you purchase.
